I have a proven track record in the real estate industry, having served in multiple leadership roles. Licensed since 1980, Steve has had the opportunity to help buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords in every price range with properties ranging from residential to investment and commercial across the region. Spending four years in banking as a Mortgage Officer, he offers a strong financial background as well. Active and connected to the community, he is a former Trustee of the Guthrie Cortland Medical Center serving on several committees and work groups. He is two times past president of the Cortland County Board of Realtors, past president of Chamber of Commerce, a Charter member and Past President of the Rotary Breakfast Club and a previous Campaign Chairman of the United Way for Cortland County. Steve was once named Realtor of the Year and “Distinguished Realtor” by the members of the Cortland County Board of Realtors and has lived and worked in the Cortland area his whole life.

Meet Steph, a vibrant commercial real estate agent covering the Syracuse, Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca areas since earning her license in 2015. With a degree in painting and drawing from Purchase College, she thrives on creative problem-solving and identifying unconventional solutions. Focusing exclusively on investors, Steph enjoys navigating the intricacies of commercial leasing and sales. As the owner of a contracting company specializing in historic restoration, she offers a unique perspective on property development and renovation. Historically she’s been a multifamily specialist with a focus on student housing, but also has gas stations, restaurants, office buildings, warehouses and self-storage in her portfolio. Her passion for historic buildings and redevelopment projects keeps her inspired, and she takes pride in transforming spaces into thriving investments. With a solid history of representing both buyers and sellers, Steph has successfully closed deals ranging from houses ideal for flipping to large-scale multi-unit properties. Known for her approachable demeanor and commitment to her clients, Steph is dedicated to helping investors achieve their real estate goals while making a positive impact in the community. Steph grew up in Rochester and returned to upstate New York after spending a number of years in New York City and Richmond, Virginia. In her free time you’ll find her in the studio with her husband of eleven years or baking with their three kids.

While growing up in Upstate New York I was an athlete and student in the Greater Binghamton area. I have been actively involved in coaching sports, most notably baseball for youth and adults. I obtained a degree in sports management with a concentration in business from the University of Phoenix. I have also owned and managed several restaurants in the local area. Donating my time and money to local charities and community needs has always been something I pride myself on. My most treasured activity is being a parent to 8 amazing individuals.

My name is Bill Lidell. During my first 2 years in business as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson I have covered a breadth of work with over 50 sales totaling over $9 million! This includes residential, commercial, and land sales! As a lifelong member of the Whitney Point and Greater Binghamton Community. I am here to help people achieve their goals in Real Estate! I am originally from Liverpool, NY and attended college at SUNY Brockport where I met my wife Lisa. Lisa accepted a position at Ithaca College which brought us to Cortland, NY where we’ve decided to settle and raise our family. We are blessed with two beautiful children who keep us active and involved with the community. I have been practicing real estate since 2010 and I truly love what I do! What I enjoy the most about selling real estate is meeting new people and building relationships. This business, like many, comes with its share of challenges, but with every challenge there is a solution. My interpersonal skills, patience, and strong aptitude for this business allow me to best serve my customers and clients. I have a consistent record as a multi-million dollar producer, which means I’ve had the opportunity to help many individuals and families buy and sell real estate. I service the Central New York area with a focus in Cortland, Syracuse, and Ithaca. The CNY area is truly beautiful and I feel grateful to have grown up here. When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy gardening, watching movies and spending time with my family.
