Ginny began her career in real estate in 2002 as an investor in distressed small multi-family properties in the Rochester, NY area. Soon after, she obtained her real estate license and quickly developed a keen eye for investment opportunities. Over the years, Ginny’s expertise expanded, and today she serves as the Sales Manager of Yaman Commercial. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Specializing in investment real estate, Ginny’s expertise covers office, retail, multi-family, and specialty-use properties. She has fostered an office culture based on collaboration, support, and authenticity, helping agents thrive in an environment that blends both experience and new talent.
A passionate advocate for education, Ginny chaired the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) Education Committee and played a pivotal role in ensuring agents had access to continuing education during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also been instrumental in bringing several CCIM classes to New York. Ginny currently serves as the President-Elect of the Upstate New York CCIM chapter and a member of the Board of Governors for NYSCAR.
